Enrollment in the course is confirmed only upon receipt of both a completed registration form and full payment of all applicable fees. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent specifying the course date, time, and location.

The course provider reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course if minimum enrollment requirements are not met or for any other operational reason. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered the option to transfer to a future course date.

All course fees are non-refundable. Participants who are unable to attend their scheduled course must provide written or verbal notice at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the course start time to be eligible for a one-time transfer to another available course date within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Failure to provide at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice, failure to attend the course, or failure to complete the course for any reason shall result in forfeiture of all fees paid. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling opportunities will be provided under these circumstances.

All courses are conducted on a "Rain or Shine" basis. Adverse weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, credit, or rescheduling. Any approved course transfer must be completed and attended within the same calendar year as the original registration.

By submitting registration and payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
