I got to work with Ismael and felt so confident for the test, i like how calm and kindness he was while explaining. Quite unprofessional honestly, was emailing back and forth with them for a couple days getting some moto course details and they were helpful though their emails seemed like they were written by a toddler but when i told them the classes were for my daughter the mood was completely switched and they were very rude and were even more unprofessional with their emails. Ie. most of the emails afterwards were one to four words with “sent from my iphone” so, i wouldn’t recommend taking their classes if you’re a woman as they seem very misogynistic and i will not be enrolling my daughter. They drill the information into your head. They don't teach you how to pass a test ( though they do give you a lot of tips on how to do so) they teach you how to properly ride a motorcycle and do it safely. I have now purchased my flirty bike and continue to use the skills and knowledge I learned to improve my riding. Derek (The Beach Is Calling)Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience with Darren as a motorcycle instructor was extremely disappointing. While he may be a skilled rider himself, his abilities as a teacher or instructor are completely flawed. The money and time invested in this course felt entirely wasted due to his approach. Darren consistently lacked patience and empathy, frequently employing bullying tactics laced with arrogance when speaking to students. It's essential for an instructor to understand that they are there to teach individuals, many of whom are completely new to riding motorcycles. His methods were counterproductive, making me believe one would be better off learning from YouTube tutorials. Adding to the frustration, Darren repeatedly called me by the wrong name, even after I wrote it down for him. The only redeeming factor, and the reason I'm giving two stars instead of one, is that a motorcycle was provided for the course. Otherwise, I would not recommend learning from this instructor.. Shoutout to Darren, Sammy and Tina for going above and beyond with their support and accommodating me on an extremely short notice. Darren is a very knowledgeable instructor and everything he told me i was able to apply it towards my road test. The coupon they provided for one time rental bike during road test was cherry on top. Its complete value for money. Would recommend these guys strongly if you are considering pursuing class 6. Tarang KhambalkarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the motorcycle safety course this summer. The instructor was a bit gruff but he means well, however due to my difficulties he called in a private instructor at a subsidized price because I was struggling to keep up. Sammy spent the rest of the course with me one on one and he was excellent, although I wasn’t confident enough to hit the streets at the end. Overall a good experience and intro to motorcycles. Alyssa OlsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a fantastic experience taking this motorcycle course, thanks to my instructor, Darren. His teaching style made concepts clear and easy to grasp. I wasn’t quite confident enough to participate in the road ride at the end of the course, so Darren kindly arranged for me to come back at a later date. On the day of the road ride, I was the only student who showed up, but Darren still took me out for the ride instead of rescheduling. He genuinely cares about his students and his passion for teaching is evident. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn how to ride a motorcycle. Thank you, Darren, for making my learning experience so positive and memorable! Ruby ValentineTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I did the weekend motorcycle class and was incredibly pleased with the course. Darren is a fantastic trainer who took the time to explain not only the mechanics of the bikes but also the fundamentals of the road rules so that just a few days later I was able to pass my motorcycle road test having not ridden a motorcycle in over 25 years. I was very impressed with the structure of this course and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Kris BieniaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Abdi is a great driving instructor. He is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine-tune your areas of weakness. I have passed my exam in first attempt all thanks to him. I truly enjoyed the whole experience of learning. Highly recommend the instructor. Simarjeet KaurTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a first time female rider this course was not female friendly. I was extremely disappointed especially on the second day, last day of the course - the bike I learned on, the clutch was actually non functional. It was broken, loose and beat hence having a difficult time and being singled out heavily in the group being the only girl. They actually removed the bike from me once I informed them.. after being told I wasn’t ready for the group ride I had to sit out and head home early to find out the group took photos without me, I saw on their social media. Once again being extremely singled out. I do not recommend this course to any girls. AVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
